Shipping policy

All orders are processed for shipping within 1 week of your purchase unless noted in the product description. Estimated shipping/delivery is to be used as a guide only and is based on orders being dropped off or picked up by shipping carrier. Delays are not the responsibility of Dune Road Ranch once shipped. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser made both orders.

In the event that the address provided was insufficient and "returned to sender," an additional charge for the purchase of a revised shipping label will be assessed. The order will not ship until that invoice for a revised shipping label is paid.
